1) When did the Fulton Flea "Community Special Event Days" begin?  
We started operations Sunday September 13, 2009.  
Our summer 2010
season started
again on May 16 2010.

2) How many Vendor spaces are available? There is enough space for
approximately 20 Vendor spaces on any one "Community Special Event"
Day.

3) What are the hours of operation? The Fulton Flea will be open to the
public at  11:00 AM and will close at 7 PM unless otherwise stated.

4) What time can Vendors arrive to set-up? Set-up time will start at 10:30
AM  unless otherwise stated.

5) What type of information and merchandise will be available? We are
seeking an eclectic mix, inclusive of other non-profit organizations
promoting their mission, and artisans offering hand-made goods, vintage
products, fashion designs, arts and crafts, food, jewelery, apparel and
antiques. We want to be inclusive of variety and open to Vendor and
Buyer interests, so if you have a product that you believe will attract
customers, please participate!

6) How do I reserve a space? This is a 2-step process. You can enter the
information requested on the Contact Us form on this website and hit
"submit", or send us an email to
info@fultonflea.com . You can also
call 917 364 5648 after 6 PM. Make sure you specify the dates you want,
and what you want to offer. After we get your request, we will get back in
touch with you to tell you about availability and payment.

7) What are my payment options? You can pay through the Pay Now
buttons on our website (Pay Pal). We will also accept certified checks,
money orders, or cash.

8) What else do I need to do to participate? If you are a merchandise
vendor, you need a sales tax certificate of authority from the NY State
Department of Taxation and Finance (1-800-698-2909). If you are a food
vendor, you need a food handler's certificate from the NYC Department
of Health (1-212-487-4104).

9) Is there a "bad weather" policy? Yes. We reserve the right to cancel a
Special Event day due to extremely bad weather before the official
opening hours: in such cases we will post a voice message on our
contact phone number as well as on our website, and those who have
paid in full will be issued a credit for participation on a future date.
